From very old wild snow shan tea trees, we chose the mature tea leaves to make this tea. The internal substances in the leaves are fully developed, the flavor and tase are balanced, and when being processed, all the values of the snow shan tea tree in that area will be fully promoted. With the manual fermentation processing method, using fire to refine fragrance lasts many hours. This is a technique that requires high level of concentration as each step is very important. If the fire is too high, the tea will burn and taste bitter. If the fire is not strong, the tea will not be fragrant and will have a bad taste. The finished tea must have an attractive aroma, smell of cinnamon, orange peel, malt, mild spiciness of black pepper, mild astringency, long lasting sweetness after-taste.

The tea is named Hoa Long (Fire Dragon) partly because its properties reflect the process of making the tea, partly because it describes the strong feeling when enjoying.

Instruction to use:

1- Heat up all the tea ware with hot water. Place 6g of tea into the tea pot

2- Use boiling water 98^oC (about 180ml), steep in 20-30 senconds depending on how “intense” you like to sip tea

3- Pour tea from tea pot to the pitcher. Pour it into the small cups and enjoy.

Từ những gốc trà shan tuyết cổ thụ hàng trăm tuổi, chúng tôi dành chọn những lá trà đã phát triển hoàn thiện nhất để làm nên thức trà này. Nội chất trong lá phát triển đầy đủ, hương và vị cân bằng, khi chế biến sẽ phát huy được hết những giá trị của cây trà shan tuyết khu vực đó. Với phương pháp chế biến lên men thủ công, dùng hoả luyện hương kéo dài nhiều giờ đồng hồ. Đây là một kỹ thuật đòi hỏi sự tập trung cao độ vì từng chặng, từng nhịp đều phải rất chú tâm. Cao lửa quá thì trà cháy khét, vị đắng cay, lửa không tới thì trà không nẩy được hương, vị ngang dở. Thức trà hoàn thiện phải dậy hương thơm nức hấp dẫn, có mùi của quế, vỏ cam, mạch nha, cay nhẹ của tiêu đen, vị chát dịu, ngọt thanh đầy sảng khoái.
Trà được đặt tên là Hoả Long phần vì tính chất phản ánh quá trình làm nên trà, phần vì mô tả khí chất mạnh mẽ cảm nhận được khi thưởng thức loại trà này.

Hướng dẫn pha trà:

1- Tráng nóng ấm chén và cho 6g trà vào ủ

2- Dùng nước sôi 98^oC (khoảng 180ml) để pha trà và ngâm trà trong khoảng 20-30 giây

3- Rót trà ra chén tống rồi từ chén tống chuyên ra các chén quân và thưởng thức
