Experience to go hunting bamboo shoots in the forest

In spring, besides making tea, we also join the local people for other activities. It was a gloomy day, not proper for tea harvest. We decided to go hunting the bamboo shoots for dinner. We had fun and really tasty dishes from the shoots.
