Fresh Lotus Tea

Origins: Ancient Shan Tuyet green tea, 100-petal-lotus flowers from Hien Minh Tea ponds.

Net weight: 08gr of tea/ flower

Preservation Instructions: The product is warranted to remain its quality (more than 2 years) if preserved in freezer. Avoid keeping it outside of room temperature as it may provoke the fermentation of tea, causing its quality to reduce.

Tea Brewing Guidance:

Gently remove the petals, take out the tea leaves from inside, use tea, the yellow stamen and white pollen to brew. You can also use the small petals if you want.
Heat up teawares with boiled water and then pour all water out
Place tea leaves into the teapot, let it stay warm in the pot for 02 – 03 minutes to have its scent awaken by the heat from the pot. Meanwhile waiting for boiling water cool down to 85 degree Celcius.
Use 85 degree Celcius water (about 180ml) to brew.
Let the tea steep for 30 second to 01 minute or longer, depending on personal preference.
Pour the brewed tea into the tea pitcher. From tea pitcher, fill all tea cups evenly.

Công dụng của Trà Sen Sớm:

Xuất xứ: Trà shan tuyết cổ thụ, Sen bách diệp trong đầm sen Hiền Minh.

Khối lượng: 08gr trà trong 1 búp sen.

Cách bảo quản: Sản phẩm sẽ giữ nguyên chất lượng trong thời gian dài (hơn 2 năm) nếu được bảo quản trong tủ đông. Hạn chế để sản phẩm ở bên ngoài, vì nhiệt độ phòng sẽ thúc đẩy quá trình lên men trà, khiến chất lượng trà suy giảm.

Cách pha trà:

-Nhẹ nhàng tách cánh hoa, lấy trà cùng phần nhụy hoa và gạo sen màu trắng để pha

-Tráng nóng ấm chén bằng nước sôi.

-Cho trà vào ấm và ủ trà trong 02 – 03 phút để hơi nóng đánh thức hương thơm của trà.

-Dùng nước sôi (khoảng 180ml) đã hạ nhiệt độ xuống 85 độ rót vào ấm.

-Ngâm trà từ 30 giây đến 1 phút (nếu uống đậm có thể ngâm lâu hơn).

-Rót trà từ ấm ra chén tống rồi từ chén tống lại chuyển trà sang các chén quân để thưởng thức.
